We're Having a Baby Girl!!!!!!!

So, our big news we found out last week was the sex of the baby!!! It's a girl!! Everything looked great on the ultrasound and she weighs 11 oz as of now. We got to see all her little fingers and toes. It was amazing. My Mom is coming to visit us this weekend, so I'm sure some baby girl shopping will be on the agenda. Too fun!

And I'm officially too big for any of my regular pants I think and most shirts. I'm trying to hold off on buying a lot of maternity items until it warms up, but my belly has a mind of it's own. ;) This weekend will also include buying new clothes for me as well.

I got my first baby girl outfit today from my best friend Annie( who is due within a few days of me). It was a little pink windbreaker outfit with the STL Cardinals emblem on it, and the most adorable pink booties. Love it, Love it! We won't let this little girl forget who her favorite baseball team is, and have her look stylish at the same time.

The Belly Continues to Grow.....

Here's an updated pic of the little goober growing in my belly! Excuse my appearance, I had just woken from a little snooze. ;) I'll be 20 weeks on Tuesday. Hard to believe! I'm definitely on the verge of my regular pants being too tight, plus I've outgrown the BellaBand, but then maternity stuff seems a little too big. What to do?? I have my big ultrasound appointment Tuesday morning. So, keep your fingers crossed the little guy/gal cooperates and we get to find out the sex! ( Let the shopping begin! HA!)Plus, we'll also get to make sure everything is developing as is supposed to. I think I've felt little rumblings from the baby moving around if I lay a certain way. So crazy!
My Mom's Birthday was this week and Mike, my Dad, and I surprised her with a trip to NY!! Gotta have my Mom up here to enjoy all this fun baby stuff with me!! She's coming up in a few weeks and I can't wait.

Sarah's Visit to NY

My sister Sarah came to visit us last weekend. It was so good to have her here!! We went into the city, walked to Brooklyn Bridge, had the most delish Mexicano food, which we both obsess! And she was the BIGGEST help with helping me register for the baby!! Who knew all the bajillion decisions to make over the zillion items the baby needs??!! AH! And I'm really on the verge of wearing maternity clothes, so she helped me find some cute clothes that I won't look like a balloon in. It was the best weekend and I can't wait to see all of my fam in May!

There are some still some small things to add, but Mike has made everything so great!! He worked so, so hard staying up into the wee hours for a weeks in a row. I owe him lots of kisses! Next to destroy- the unforgettable pink bathroom!!
Here is the living room. Moldings done, furniture returned. We still need to get some curtains up,hang things on the walls, get a new coffee table, but overall it's great!
