Giana snoozing away! I tried a little headband on her and I must say she looks pretty darn adorable!!!!!!

Giana is 5 weeks old!

Giana is now 5 weeks old and is also quite the little chunky monkey! I took her to the dr. last week and she is up to 10 lbs, 4oz! She is eating quite well. ;) She is doing great otherwise. She is still up about every 3 hours in the night. Mike has decided she has stinky feet already. I think he is crazy and her little toes smell delish!
We've been taking her outside all the time. She loves it and it also seems to calm her down when she is upset. We've been lucky because the weather has been perfect.
It's so funny, Giana already seems to like watching tv! Whenever we have it on, her head automatically turns that way and she is tuned in. Below is a picture of us watching together.

4 weeks old!

Giana is 4 weeks old! Time is flying! We go back to the dr this week, so I'm anxious to see how much she weighs now. She is on the verge of outgrowing her newborn clothes. We've been taking her for walks and spending time outside because she seems to love being outdoors. ;) She's making so many little noises now and I think she has a little snore too. HA. This week I'll try and video it and post so you can all hear her. Too funny.

Sleepy girl

Well, Giana is now 3 weeks old. She is definitely filling out more and getting those chubby cheeks like her Mama. She is doing great, though I am still feeling a big lack of sleep!! So worth it though. I find myself covering her in kisses constantly and not wanting her out of my sight! Think I'm in love.

I've also started back with my other love of wine! YAY!! It was so fabulous to have some alcohol after 9 long months of nothing. But turns out 2 glasses of wine now makes me feel a little loopy. No tolerance right now. HA!

And I was practically jumping up and down this week when I easily was able to slide my pre-pregnancy jeans back on!! YAY! And I'm going to start toning up that stomach too!

My sister Sarah flew in to visit and meet Giana this week. It was so great having her here!! Sad for her to go today! Giana loves her Auntie Sar. Countdown begins until we fly to MO in Oct.
